This command will make you control the camera instead of your character, making you act as a 'flying camera'. If you specify a '1' (without quotes) at the end of the command, the game will pause, but you will still be able to move the camera around.
tfc [pause]

If you are not in fly-camera mode, the above command will enable it, otherwise, it will disable fly camera mode.
tfc 1
This command will toggle the fly camera and pause your surrounding environment meaning you can move the camera around as-if the game was paused.
ToggleFlyCam
ToggleFlyCam is an alias of the TFC command - it has the exact same function (but takes longer to write).
