This command will check if a location, specified by its location ID, has been cleared or not. 0 will be printed to console if the location has not been cleared, 1 if it has.
getlocationcleared [location id] Target Command

Anga's Mill has a location ID of 00018c8b. If Anga's mill has been cleared, this command will print 1 to the console, otherwise (if it hasn't been cleared) this command will print 0.
